In germany we can literally every single animals as a pet. Obviously you need some kind of permit for certain ones, but there are only 33 species that are completely impossible to keep. Those are great apes and some species of ceteceans
Some species of ceteceans? Is that saying at some point the average German could buy a whale 😂

Me going to Germany to buy every animal known to man, wanting to flood the world and then recreating the ark.

Yeah, weird looking pets. It's funny what people like, though
Yeah they are hella ugly to me, who doesn't love fluff?! Each to their own I guess!
In the reptile keeper world we have some morphs for bearded dragons and cornsnakes that dont have scales and i find them absolutely hideous, immense health problems aside
I had no idea that was a thing! Poor creatures

Had a lovely day having a long picnic in the park and now watching Oppenheimer (and understanding about 10% of it!)

I’m getting a channel started cuz why not? No idea what I’ll upload but I’ll find something, maybe that building contest we’ve been talking about
Oh, I will definitely subscribe, as long as I get mentioned in it, you will mention me right, RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!
(I am kidding of course, but I feel like a jerk if I did not say that I was kidding, but that would be neat).

Visited another zoo yesterday. It was one of the few large* German zoos that I haven't seen yet. Now I'm lacking almost only those zoos in the far South Western regions of the country, this is an area that's pretty far away for me and therefore I haven't been there yet.
* As a large zoo I consider those with a majority of the big ticket animal groups (big cats, bears, great apes, seals, pachyderms,...)

Speaking about medium sized and small zoos, I still have A LOT to see only here in Germany and it's probably impossible to see them all (should be a few hundred officially registered institutions that count as a zoo), so I concentrate on the larger ones for now. And honestly those small roadside kind of zoos/petting zoos are not the most interesting ones for me. I rather visit medium sized or large zoos in other countrys then.

Which one was it?

By y'll have a great one, but before I leave I got a question, what's the origin of your icon, like mine being the land of Mr. Hyrax, that I just made up one day on Canva and an AI cutout tool, It's nothing that complicated, but what are the origins of your icon (I am asking about the icon that represents you not the username).
