So with Hangars etc pushed to 3.24, does that mean we're on Season 2?
Worse, [the gunner seating issue] was fixed very briefly in 3.19, and immediately broken again in 3.20.
I love the prowler but it was released unfinished and broken and handled poorly since.
It's supposed to have grav lev mode for ground assaults, and some type of "phalanx shield" (a directed shield controlled by the copilot), but was released incomplete. Last time we asked about it, Yogi joked 'Prowler has grav lev?". Which isn't particularly funny to people who actually want the ship they paid for.
It's effectively a stealth hoplite with no missiles, but on release when it was holding it's own against the vanguard meta (despite it's lack of working CM at the time, which i guess was fine since missiles barely worked either) in combat, its agility was brutally nerfed (so much so that the ship was nearly unusable and, and literally uncontrollable in atmo (it would flip like a playing card at high speeds)).
As stated above, the pilot/copilot seat has worked correctly for maybe a handfull of hours over the course of it's time in SC. At the beginning, the ship had to be flown from the lower seat because CIG didn't even know which seat was supposed to belong to the pilot, and after that was corrected, the pilot would lose primary weapons when a copilot was in the seat.
During the brief period the pilot/copilot seat seemed to work during 3.19, the non-ship specific bug that caused reticles for turrets to disappear made it a pyrrhic victory. Even if it had worked, the ship was still so poorly maneuverable that it wouldn't have helped anyway. and then it was broken again in 3.20.
Finally, in discussions with Yogi about MM archetype balances for "types" of ships, Yogi stated that the prowler had been lumped in with the Valkyrie to handle "like a drop ship". Then the hoplite must fly like a dropship too right?
Right?
I know CIG "triages" ship work to those most popular ships, but it hurts when the reason a ship is unpopular is because it so utterly broken.
Please fix, or at least communicate a plan to fix the prowler. The boarding actions done during the last XT would have been a really cool time to use it, but it's just not viable.

ːd2lonedruidː It's time to do something about it. This latest China BC seems to have been a shambles and, assuming the allegations are true, probably one of the few times we have seen SC referred to in a context directly linked to well documented money laundering. Probably just the tip of the iceberg with regards to other potential serious money laundering going on in Star Citizen imo. SC´s grey market plus CIG lack of requirement to disclose specific source of revenues, is just the perfect environment for it.
Also, he is a tester of Squadron 42 in a out source company, but he told the players he was an employee of CIG.
Shenzhen BC’s 19999CNY tickets provide the opportunity to have a dinner with Chris Roberts’ team. limited around 8 tickets. CIG was unaware of this, and after someone sent this news to Spectrum, CIG demanded a refund from BIG A. But none of the sponsors asked for a refund, because in addition to the dinner, the 19,999 CNY ticket also included more gifts, such as models, gold ID cards and the like.

For all we know that part can also very well have been made up by the scammer. So CIG have outsourced testing of SQ42?!
lol, probably a poor translation. I suspect that meant CIG asked the scammer to refund money to victims/sponsors.CIG asked for a refund?
Kind of late isn't it? How long until we get CIG bath water? Also, charging big money to get the seat next to Chris at dinner and not telling CIG/Chris is hilarious.
Huh. Didn't CIG promote their replication layer with the argument that "other server-meshing solutions" would have to send data to all servers and not use the advantage of a centralized object replicator?
