As soon as you finished your first starport, you can build as much as slots are there in the system.quick question how many systems can you have in which you can build at the same time or is it just like when you claim another system so that you cant build anymore in the first one
how many systems can you have in which you can build at the same time
@ds2007You can only claim one at a time (that is work on the first starport).
Once the system is claimed (first starport is built) you can claim another, and so on with no end, and do further building on any of them when you like, as far as we know.
I don’t understand.how to deal with snipers? Yesterday I spent the whole day assembling the station to take the excellent system, but as soon as I did, after a few seconds I saw that it was stolen.. sadly
these scoundrels just take the systems and don't build them. I don't understand why they do this..
There are a lot of good systems on the edge of the bubble, and to get to them you need to follow the chain. As soon as I finished building the main port to go further, the sniper had already taken her using my station. he just sits in the SCS ship and waits.I don’t understand.
If you are saying that they finished off the the primary port in the system you claimed before you did then they stole nothing that sysytem is as much yours as it ever was/would have been as you are the only architect.
If you mean they claimed a system before you could but are not building anything then that system will be up for grabs again when their claim times out.
well, if you plan (like me) to establish an autonomous "2nd Bubble" some 850 Ly away you very much are forced to daisy-chain there. So with the short claiming distance given, such behaviour may force you to build another 3-5 systems around a 20 Ly gap if your only bridging system is blocked that way. I can understand the frustration.I can't work out why unless you are chaining systems to get to a particular system, why you would want more than one.
I have probably a years building ahead of me to fully populate the system I chose and make it useful to players .
Lot of systems with one outpost is not good for the game, just a waste.
There are a lot of new players who have just joined the game, and I don't think they will be able to get used to it right away, but they are interested in it in the long term. but while they are developing and earning credits, I think there will be no more good systems, thanks to other games that expand the bubble, this is a good motivation for them to continue playing and not think about the fact that they will be left without a good system. - I'm sorry for my English and I'm using a translator.I can't work out why unless you are chaining systems to get to a particular system, why you would want more than one.

Agreed but this will be a consequence of the 15LY limit, lots and lots of single stations where folks have chained to the one they want.Lot of systems with one outpost is not good for the game, just a waste.
I might be missing something herewell, if you plan (like me) to establish an autonomous "2nd Bubble" some 850 Ly away you very much are forced to daisy-chain there. Nope, it is unimportant if it is 15ly or 50ly. It is always the player. Change the player and you get a better game...this will be a consequence of the 15LY limit
Well, maybe that person thinks they will struggle to complete the initial build so is loading onto a carrier before starting the clock. Or they wanted the system as badly as you and missed out on the link system so made sure they got the request inhow to deal with snipers? Call me a thick old git but i have no idea what you mean, i had no interest in base building or colonisation from the start, I'm mainly an explorer, however i have a system i discovered years ago around 600LYs out from the bubble that i use for mining and a base, being able to colonise that system does appeal to me and so the daisy chain begins.Nope, it is unimportant if it is 15ly or 50ly. On the Inara website, you can see if there is anyone else besides you in this system at the moment. I didn't think much of it at the time, which turned out to be stupid. I had to bypass the system to get to the end point, and I can already see that there is someone else there besides me.Well, maybe that person thinks they will struggle to complete the initial build so is loading onto a carrier before starting the clock. Other peoples plans may interfere with your plans, that doesn't mean it is deliberate obstruction (doesn't rule it out either I guess)
Not true, many folks are not linked to third party sites, Inara shows the data only for registered and linked commanders. On the Inara website, you can see if there is anyone else besides you in this system at the moment.
