To just put my own two cents in regarding the rhinos - I personally love that we have all three. The black is my favourite rhino species, the white is the most widespread in zoos and an Asian rhino is a must, with the Indian being my favoured choice out of the three.
One thing that really sets apart the two African rhinos is biome tolerance, with the white being an animal exclusively of open savannah grassland, while the black rhino has a much broader range of habitats. They are also found in true desert (hence their inclusion in the Arid Pack) and in Kenya, the biggest population is in the tropical montane forests of the Aberdare Mountains, where they live alongside bongos and colobus monkeys. The two species can and do fill different niches, and so are different enough for me to appreciate them both.
