"Development Level >>"? Figuring out what all these numbers do.

They've only just brought out the Corsair, so even if that was the plan they'd have at least three months to fix things.

More significantly, I can't see them bringing out any change that increases the pace of colonisation (be that a 1000t hauler or just knocking 25% off the current cargo requirements) until they've fixed the server issues that the current pace is generating.

I just noticed that almost all of my Odyssey settlements have most of the systems shut-down - no landing, missions, market, etc.
This was 100% working a few days ago.
They are all connected to the factions that were at war (a war that didn't have not even one single ground CZ). The war is over now, so why didn't the settlements come online again?

the ship sales are already counted for revenue in next quarter. It doesnt matter if its a problem or not, the new ship is coming out in 2 months. Why do you think trailblazers was pushed without a beta,it has to exist to facilitate ship sales.

I am not sure why trailblazers has to exist to facilitate ship sales. The P2, Mandalay, Corsair and Cobra V are not ships that are relevant to trailblazers as far as I can tell, because as I see it, trailblazers is about hauling stuff. In quantity. The only ships really needed for trailblazers are the T9 and Cutter. You could make the argument that a T8 is needed for the medium pad sources of the hard to source, low volume stuff.

My kingdom for a new ship with ginormous cargo space that doesn't fly like a pizza oven.

A bigger ship will likely fly worse than a T9 and have a shorter max jump range. SCO is a bonus, but it will need to be armed and protected. NPC attacks will be a real pain. It would be a big fat target in open imo.

Open won't be the problem, it will need the turning ability in supercruise to beat an NPC interdiction to be worthwhile for max load running.

I couldn't care less if it looks and fly like a pizza oven, as long as it has a huge hangar bay and I can take off and land safely. Most of the flying will be in-system anyway, a couple of mm between the FC and the construction site.
What we actually need is a space train, a freight space train.

I agree that we need such a ship, to balance the increased hauling needs of Colonization. If we have to sacrifice your Kingdom to earn it, so be it. Thank you, cmdr, much appreciated. :D

A couple of thoughts (sorry if these have already been mentioned earlier and I've missed them):
How have people been building their stuff in terms of timing? Is there a pattern relating to whether the target station is still in deployment or not when the refinery hubs are built/placed?
Given that people are reporting that the first hub has no effect and you have to build more to get any influence, could this be a result of the latest influence built not being counted? That is, could I get two Refinery hubs both counted by building a random economy influencer in orbit of the planet?
I did that as my two surface hubs were already built. Space farm caused them to be included.

Not all of us use a carrier for it all the time. Though I will admit making more frequent use of one lately due to higher distance to supply stations (I'm the only one who's yet managed to set up a working refinery system in the local region) to make it more bearable.

I would not care (too much) if it was somewhat slower than a T9 like 250 boosted, as long as it had slightly better turning capability than the, as I've seen it described, beached arthritic whale that is the Type 9. Seriously, a Cutter feels nimble in comparison, in no small part because something actually happens when you hit the roll input.

I believe I have (HMC + Coriolis + 1 refinery) to have stocks of about 3500 tons of the good stuff. Someone about 20 LY away has an orbis/ocellus with refined products.

Where I'm at it's just my coriolis, though I have seen one other person who has built a refinery hub(singular) with a Coriolis in orbit that has yet to move out of "Colony". My port works for my own demand but struggles under higher activity like this weekend, where I noticed it was running out of stuff (and has yet to recover fuly because some genius thought they needed to use it for their carrier instead of the millions-of-supply ports further into the Bubble).

I am also not quite done developing it yet with plans to add one small/outpost planetary and one large planetary (long term for the latter)... and another refinery location or two in another nearby system that has a few good moons on which to put hubs down.

I dare not build another refinery, just in case.

Mine: Malaspina Horizons, Arietis Sector DL-Y c16

Other: Bifrost Brewpub, Arietis Sector DL-Y c5

I don’t think it is too risky as I have it planned (one part of the system extraction, one part refinery, with security things sprinkled in as necessary and where it shouldn’t have any immediate economy effects), but I guess I could always wait to throw it in or put it/a third one somewhere else…

… partly, I’m just somewhat tired of the lone refinery station not holding up to peaks until at least more local infrastructure goes up, and chaining to my places of interest (which I am soon done with). I suppose it probably would be a good idea to also further develop the existing one instead. But the best things I can do there right now is A, finish the security station, B, build the civilian planetary outpost, C/D, start planetary T3 construction (or put down a fifth refinery but I think it would be subject to diminishing returns enough to not make it worth the effort)/build the moon’s industrial stuff.
