I have Lego Mindstorms. It is fun but oddly enough I found it rather limiting, there was so much more I wanted to do with it that it was not able to but programming robots is serious fun.

TONIGHT'S PROJECT
I will be rebuilding my PC from Win7 32bit to Win7 Ultimate 64bit.
I dont know why I havnt done this before as ive had the software for a couple of years now. I think i will need to strip the 4GB memory out of my old system and add it to my new system, until i can get the funds for more memory.
Is that a Cooler Master case, Mobius?
<nods - glances at his own Cooler Master Elite case> An excellent budget case!
Heh... I have an older Asus mobo, a first-gen quad-core i5, 8GB DDR3 RAM, an ancient WD HDD, a Cooler Master PSU and an Nvidia GTX 550Ti in mine. All built on a strict budget, and it performs pretty damn good!
OMG! You have to post a pic of the 4000

Well if you are going to upgrade and no longer need that 4000...I wonder how many people here still have Amigas. I have an A4000 sitting behind me in a custom tower

I originally had a 750w PSU in it, but that burnt out because I used the machine for protein folding - folding@home - running at full 24/7![]()
Yup, it did heat the house up.
Then I found out how much it was actually drawing (about 500w) and how much that was costing me, so it's been off since the new year.

blimey with a 1000watts and folding@home, i bet you was looking at you leccy bill and wondering why it was costing so much.![]()
