Strange, I have had no problems selling exploration info since 1.01
Unfurtunately it is affecting people who are exploring even after 1.04

I have this exact same problem, and I've been having it since Nov 7th... hopefully there will be a fix soon, because the choices right now are either don't take missions, never fail missions, or start over from scratch if you do fail a mission... none of which is really acceptable. 
Thought that is what I was doing on the support forums. I will see where to do that
I'm sorry to hear that you are having the same issue, but I'm glad that I'm not the only one! What can you tell me about your setup that we may have in common? I'm using Win8 on an iMac, and I've purchased the ultimate pass for any future expansion packs. Not sure what connection that may have to the issue, but it's worth mentioning.
