I understand the points made here, and the concerns people have, but allow me to give you a different perspective for people writing the words "Stockholm Syndrome" (seriously... lol) and people who can't believe the way I (and a lot of other people think). I'm talking to you right now.
It's a state of mind. I'll gloss over the fact that to use "stockholm syndrome" as a metaphor is a stretch to say the least and try to explain to you what I mean by my first post in this thread.
It's not about what's happened, or what will happen, it's how you deal with it. How you process your emotions.
You could either , moan, whine, throw all your toys out of the pram and complain until your fingers drop off from excessive keyboard use.
Or, what about the other way. The way that is better for your health, and general wellbeing. You can apply this to all aspects of life too, and if you master it, life will be a lot better for you, no matter what happens
That's all I'm trying to say. Step outside your anger, your frustration, and your inability to influence things and change it to the way you feel they should be, and just accept this is the way it is, this is the decision that's been made (and their decision is final), and find whichever way works for you to be able to continue enjoying the game you spent your money on.
The other alternative is spending more time than is really necessary on the forum rather than just doing what gaming has always been about, having fun and relaxing, a bit of escapism.
Use your imagination if you must to overcome your frustration with the decision, they will not change their mind even if they wanted to at this point. You make a decision, you roll with it come what may. That's what they must do, and what they have done. Let it go, and move on. It will be better for you in the long run...
Just for once let's all calm down, chill out and just get on with playing the game...
Peace CMDR's
