Perhaps you should have not made trading your primary source of income. Everyone already knows by now that every other form of making credits besides trading (I still feel it is unbalanced)is in need of improvement. Improvement will come we just need to wait for a bit. Rome wasn't built in a month and neither will this game. Sure some features are missing, but the game is stable! Pretty damn optimized, and it runs without a hitch. I feel Frontier wanted a stable game at release and they have done a good job doing that. Now this year should be interesting to see whats in store for it.
I myself have only now just got into an ASP since I mine for my credits. So it is honestly pretty exciting every time I fill my cargo hold. New things to try. More upgrades for my ASP, and that one paint skin they offered? The blue and white? Dude it looked so awesome I had to get it!
Hey man, I agree with ya, and Trading wasn't my first source of income, I actually wanted to do it by Bounty Hunting, and killing Wanted targets, but it gets really frustrating after a while, you jump into a USS and scan down 3 targets only to see that the net bounty is equal too 1500CR.I could spend 5-10 minutes destroying all three (and hoping they don't jump away) or I can go sell a cargohold full of goods at a system nearby and make 150k in 10 mins. Im definitely hoping for improvement and I'll still be playing the game and travelling to new places. On my way now to the center of the Galaxy, going to see whats up over there. The game is very stable, runs perfectly, and I do agree Rome wasn't built in a day. I'm always looking at the Newcomers section of this forums, and people seem to be really into combat and "Blowin' Sh** up", but they get really frustrated that they lost 10000CR because an AI took the bounty or something. I think the Bounty system needs a bit of work. But the game is still fun, I always like flying around in a Type-9 just exploring with the D-Scanner. I may have been too quick to say its absolutely boring. It just feels a bit repetitive. "Go <here> kill <him/her> in <this> amount of time and I'll pay you <this> much money". I'm just looking forward to new content! Woohoo!
I'm hoping for some Anaconda skins. I'd like to see a Chrome Black, or Striped. That'd be pretty cool.
