If you missed it I'll let you note that people are pi off because this bug was identified in beta days before .
Instead of updating the beta and re-test the latest version before publishing , they have published it right away.
The following wave of angry feelings is right.

One bug has slipped through the cracks which has been fixed within 24 hours. Big deal...

even if that was the case (didn't checked) this wouldn't hold 3 sec. since it is the customer's country law that deos apply, meaning that such thing would just be considered void.

besides, it doesn't really matter here since EU law apply in both UK an my country anyway

Ok, you don't want to answer the question and need to rant, fair enough. Enjoy.

Getting tired of the 84 generation who are delusional about the state of the game.

Do you realise the irony of calling anyone who doesn't automatically agree with your opinion "delusional", because they have an opinion of their own that's just as valid as yours?

I like the fact they at trying to develop a fix for collisions when they have one put it back to the way it was for now and spend more time testing next time

You see, you mistake what I said for opinion. It was fact; hence my use of the term "delusional" was correct. Also, don't worry, I'm working on a time machine so you can head back in time and relive the 84 glory days.

People paid cash money. Some more than others. I do believe FD owes them the product as described.

They were buying into a game under heavy development which is due in 3-5 years. If those bugs still exist after this time in the future, they have a valid reason to complain.

Clearly you've never worked in a big company.
People get fired for things like this in the real world.
Perhaps here , we are in the world of fairy tales and you are a princess.

And I thought the game had been released in December / 2014. Then it was released Unfinished.

i edited the post, with a link.

more specifically:

National consumer laws in a particular country may provide you with additional rights as a consumer. That is, rights that supplement your rights provided by EU laws. Your basic right as a consumer is to have a product replaced, repaired or to have a refund or reduction in price for any fault in the product that you were not made aware of at the time of purchase.
and
Any statement made about consumer goods must be true or the retailer is liable. This includes descriptions made in advertising, marketing, labelling or statements made verbally or in writing by the retailer. If you are shown a sample item, the item you buy must be of exactly the same quality.

I think we deserve an official answer, lets keep this up please.
I want an answer.

Were I a lead developer, I'd give whoever decided to release the patch in this state an earful. If it was my decision I'd expect an earful.

If I did it too many times I'd expect to be searching for employment elsewhere.

It never really appealed to me. Maybe it was the graphics, I don't know, I just don't think I'd enjoy it. Maybe I'll check it out later.

Based on my experience of thus forum if I don't enjoy it I'll spam the forums whining about how it doesn't do exactly what I want, in the way I want and demand that senior members of staff answer me, give me a refund, rebuild the game to be like another game I play and keep telling people I've uninstalled I and won't be back (while continuing to infest the forums).

That's actually every game forum I have ever seen. >____> I think if we could figure out how to monetize forum gameplay we would be billionaires.

Also, re Minecraft, if you look at it with the vision of its scope and less about how blocky it is, you could have a better chance of seeing its real potential behind all the 1m cubes. It's never going to look slick ever :D, but it's got a ridiculous range of experience available, from straightup "box of virtual LEGO" to survival exploration to advanced redstone circuitry building to making crazy MP games. It's even more fun with a bunch of buddies on your own server.
