Calling all Federation Commanders - We are at War with the Empire

I just want to say how nice it is to find someone to blockade run against, I'll happily run goods past feds, imps or whomever if there is a buck in it. Just a shame the Crimson fortune company (local feds) don't have a platform or something - having to dig around to get missions that involve hauling some decent cargo in system. just brought in 9 tons of robotics for them at Peters station in the back of my Vulture while avoiding the EIC chaps - off to get my Cobra back out, Blockade running is what she was built for (sticks Copperhead road on the 8 track and roars out of the space dock ).
edit - just got tasked to bring in.... 2 tons of liquor :p - right Lavian brandy runner it is, you'll never catch me :p

Oh but oh but I look so forward to trying

I am currently in the top 5% with just shy of 6 million Credits earned. That is despicable. I am an old timer, way past my prime. In my day, we would have been at Tier 2 by now using nothing but Eagles and Sidewinders!. You young upstarts are going soft. You'll all make fine imperial slaves once the Empire sweeps through Volungu.
.
/ooc: There are imperialist or imperial sympathizers causing trouble in the Open conflict zones in Volungu. If you're not interested in winning the CG (I'll bet my last Million there will be an opposing CG for the Empire out soon, today probably!) then by all means, go fight in the Open confict zone, and brawl away with the dissenters who have nothing to gain by being there right now.
.
However, if your goal is to win the CG then switch to Solo or wing up with ONE friend in a group. Any more than 2 CMDR's in an instance and earning potential goes down. Also, remember Jemeson is an outpost. With the traffic that the CG will bring, it will be difficult to obtain docking permission, so again it is advantageous to do it in Solo or in a small Group.
.
I earn approximately 1.5 million Credits in bonds per hour in Solo. I have found, that finding the densest grouping of green and shooting anything red near them creates a ball of death for enemy ships. Once you achieve a big green ball, everything dies fast, even Anacondas. Resist the urge to chase Vipers and Cobras that run... they will come back. Stay in your ball, target nearest and let the green ball wreck everything for you.
.
I am usually an Open player. I would rather play in Open, all the time. However, these CG's are not designed to reward people that stay in Open. It saddens me to say it, but Solo is the way to "win" CG's. Until FDev do something about this, abuse it, and complain about it. Maybe it'll get fixed.

Ha ha ha, brilliant thread!!! This is the kind of interaction I've been so looking forward to in this game: less flying round like bounty-hunters in a goldfish bowl.

CMDR Whiterose is playing with words to skirt the truth. The truth is, the family of every pilot that dies in combat get enlisted to become Imperial Slaves, as payment to the Empire for failing as a pilot.

Thank you for the sad enlightenment commander. We cannot change the Empire's policies here in Volungu, but we can at least deny them making slaves of the brave citizens of Volungu!

Companions choose to become Imperial Slaves. Their is no enlistment process. That would be very un-Imperial.

Perhaps the citizens of Liaedin saw the true freedoms enjoyed by their federation neighbours and this is why they seemed so responsive to Crimson Fortune in the system? Perhaps the Empire grew fearful that their lies of choice and freedom would be exposed and ordered the attack on Volungu as a distraction? We may never know.

Don't worry Federation commanders. I helped a Federation faction invade an Empire system. To bad they are fighting pirates. :(

What i really don't understand is why the Empire would let them fight in there system with a capitol ship.
