How does one progress in his rank without entering in to combat?
Just ignore the Archon degenerates. They see Antal as their enemy because they can only pick on someone smaller than themselfs, it's in their nature they just can't help it. We will survive the onslaught, because we have to, and eventually all will see the truth of Utopia.

To someone from outside Utopia, it must be intimidating to see the start of a new way of thinking and living. Do not be afraid of us, we bring unity in the face of chaos.
Instead, be afraid for the generations beyond ours who will suffer if other destructive forces continue without challenge!
Support Antal's Utopia. Even if you're not sharing his ideals, there are bonuses once you pledge him, for instance the bounty in Power space is greatly increased - bounty-hunt intruders and receive generous reward. Even a little pirate CMDR can bring you income
i would follow him if only these people were not such fanatics, they are so deep in there believe that they will do anything for it without thinking twice about it.
at this point i prefer the empire, they are bad but at least they are honest
no really, i'm seduced by the dreams of the CEO of Sirius corp, Li Yong-Rui, but i can't imagine how many people have to be poor for him to maintain his high tech economy ><
or maybe Archon Delaine, very charismatic and strongest leader of all, but he has an habit of putting people to slavery which i deeply hate ><
the price minister of the alliance Edmund Mahon seems like a really good guy, but beside surviving and making money he doesn't have a real goal.

Where you see fanaticism there is a great dedication. I believe, most of those who joined the Utopians, are dedicated to the cause simply by: - Utopia is currently at #10, the last position in the under-threat-of-extinction trio of Powers; - Utopia is geopolitically the smallest Power, with only 5 control systems and ability to expand into just one system right now; - while we are growing in numbers, we are still outnumbered; - our neighbouring Power is Kumo pirates, expect dirty PvP encounters. And this just makes things interesting!)
What we have is the great community of those who wish this Power to rise and prosper, and we fight back, we respect each other and help each other.
