The power contact should refuse more fortification materials after the system hits 100%.
Then the grinders will just prep the closest system regardless of how much cc it gives.

There are a few things that bug me:
1. Merit Farmers
2. I cant kill Merit Farmers because they are in Solo / Group
3. No way to effectively communicate within our faction. The board is nice but not very effective and it seems like there is a ton of confusion.
4. It does feel like a hamster wheel - Run, Run, Run and get no place fast.
Same feeling here - except for Undermining (wich is actually fun), it is getting tiresome after a few weeks.
I keep fortifying bases, but seeing crappy systems being prepared at the same time is discouraging...
I didn't really want to encourage anyone else from leaving ALD, but I've found PP with Archon Delaine to be quite relaxing in comparison. If you don't like the sound of joining him, I'd imagine Antel is just the same (and noone is trying to kill him off).
Our most fortified system is on 200% I think. If you want a system prepared, just get yourself (and one or two more people if you want) and go prep it. You only need about 500 in the first 3 days to make it stay in the top 10 list.
It doesn't matter what garbage systems are prepped the week before, they wont be expanded, unless you want to help expand it.
Its been quite different playing PP with a much smaller player base, its still the same broken system, but I think there are just so many players in ALD that every flaw just seems amplified. I really feel the most broken part of PP was allowing 10 systems to actually be prepared in one week, then allowing all 10 to be expanded the week after.
If you want to stay in the Empire, Torval has had their player group (East India Company) announce they are leaving, which made up the vast majority of their organised players.
I still think PP brings more to the game than not having it at all (even with all its flaws), just Aisling and ALD probably have too big a player base (and they can't fight each other) for the 0 communication tools to cope with.
If you are thinking of leaving PP, try out a smaller Power first.

I'll be nominating Ngun after the flip, per the previous suggestion of it being a better alternative to Gende. The farmers seemed to like it enough, and Ngun's about the same distance away.It appears that we will still have Command Capital available at the beginning of Cycle 7. If anyone has Preparation Suggestions for Cycle 7, please make them now.
If anyone can find a system close enough for merit-grinders without killing us in profit, that would be greatly appreciated.
If you also wish to brave reddit, you can proceed here to contribute them: https://www.reddit.com/r/EliteLavigny/comments/3dew3c/weekly_preparation_suggestion_thread/
EDIT: Fergal, stop recruiting.

Maybe we can get Binjia, since it didn't make it this week? (or whatever the alternative was, since that's... kinda far)
