Ahh, yes that could be it. It's not multiple USB port controller friendly in that build. You may need to try a sort of halfway house of keyboard and joystick for a while, unless you can work out how to get your two sticks to meld into one virtual stick.

I found that ED only uses half of my joysticks input range for some reason. So for X and Y it only uses the upper half of the range and then puts the center in the middle of that upper range. For Z (twist stick) it works fine. Very weird...
OK, just found that there is interference from my Saitek pedals (2nd controller). I can counter the roll and pitch by pressing the pedals!
The solution is probably to disconnect all other controllers, but since
a) they are connected to a USB port in an awkward place under/behind my desk
b) I need those controllers for my other games
I think I'll wait for a more polished version of the software...

It's not a biggie but it is a little distracting when you put the game into 3D stereoscopic and the message appears on the single eyeball.
I got another problem though; of failing memory. I'm stuck on the "Incursion" scenario. I'm fine with a single fighter but two together whoop my nether-regions. I do remember someone putting up you-tube tutorials but I can't remember the thread. Could someone please point me in the right direction?

IIRC the other has no shields, kill it first. Or just reverse away from them, sniping from about 2,5 - 3 km.
I imagine you will have to put up with the version stamp during alpha/beta.
Have you tried flying backwards away from the fighters while you take the first one(s) out. Missiles come in handy to finish them off while you attack the next.
No missiles in Incursion, just Rail Gun & Beam Laser.
That little trick brought back a few nostalgic memories. I always had a rear laser. I used a Kempston Joystick on my Spectrum. The thing about that stick was that it was symmetrical and so while I was running away from the baddies I'd hold the stick back-to-front while shooting so that I didn't have to think about reversing the joystick directions. Ahh happy days! <nostalgic glow>
Hi guys ,glad as a Beta+ to have a little more than youtube vids to get a feel of things. All downloaded fine no probs, runs well and is very smooth on my "low spec" system even in Factions.
I do however think I have a problem ,as I do not get any graphics options above 1280 x 720 . Although not cutting edge my system does run many games and Windows in 1920 x 1080 ,just wondered if anyone else had this?
