I do love all the antics but I am with Zenith on this.
I have seen countless SRVs explode in front of me because of Cmdr stupidity and nothing to do with the bug(I bet some got SRV back by claiming it was exploding bug?)
I have seen countless Cmdrs show off as if they're the only one with something called a BOOST.

I will be keeping away from the main fleet as of now, and will still land at all the WPs Erimus puts up, but later or before any meet. I have a total of at least 130000 LYs to travel and have only done 15000 so far, I will not take risks by getting close to any idiots in our fleet.

p.s. Zenith, feel for you, sorry you self destructed.

I think as soon as we get to SagA the antics will cease as losing a ship then becomes very serious. The antics are fine by me as long as their is no damage or destruction to an innocent bystander. As for the SRV bug, mine are staying put until they have sorted out the bug. I already have enough jumponium before I left for DW to reach the Andromeda galaxy.

AGAIN!!!
Right in front of Akira and Anuranium at WP06. I spent 7 hours in total today catching up and got to WP06 just after midnight. Less than 3 minutes after deploying one of my RESTOCKED SRVs... I clip a stone, flipped up and BAM before I even touch the floor!!!

Annoyance is too mild to describe my emotion right now.
So, to hell with this. That's it. I'm out. I've already self-destructed and used 3 premium jumponium to get back to Shinrarta Dezhra tonight.
I will NOT be rejoining you all.

Bummer, Zenith! will miss you and the Imperial Clipper on the rest of the journey. I have a ship in the bubble, if you at some point change your mind and need company catching up to the fleet, please let me know.

I feel sorry for the use of that Jumponium. Would have been very useful for the Formadine Rift

I was impressed my SRV stood up to your constant grinding. Every time you (accidentally I'm sure) gave me a friendly nudge, my shields lit up but I took 0 damage. I do have to agree though, if i only had 1 SRV on board I would've screwed the nut and probably not let you rotate on my roof haha.

I am compiling a list for my personal use for when I get back from DW, this has mainly been happening in open with CMDR's getting attacked around SagA, this tends to be CMDR's who have been deliberately interdicted and destroyed rather than the odd mis-firing. It keeps me occupied until my next expedition. I trust all those in Kamzel.

There was a video, but he's deleted it. That spared everyone the swearing ;-) He has only been playing ED very occasionally since about April, mostly playing other games. I only caught it by accident, I don't watch him now due to his music selection.

Gutted I missed it, I've been following him on twitch on and off over the past year.

This issue was reported around xmas, with the knowledge how crippling it could prove to those involved with the upcoming Distant Worlds voyage... But alas there seems to have been little/no news on it


Don't forget if you raise a call/ticket, FD will move you back to a station to refit an SRV, and then move you back again (asuming that's not what you've just done)? - https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php?t=223606

The only iffy moment I had was when I got pushed from behind by another person, seriously thought you would pop and tried to back up.

I have a very good handle on how close I can get my nose to things, not as transparent as an Asp or other bubble canopy ship but still pretty much non-existent.

I came across a pair of moons extremely close to each other on my way to waypoint 7. System is GREAE HYPAI TP-W D2-211. Planet is 7 A A

Then I decided to go down to the smaller world to enjoy the view when I noticed something strange with the other moon in the sky. It was flashing

I saw your moon jump at the 6 second mark (closely orbiting bodies in E-D seem to have that as a 30 second interval glitch) but the flashing? Well I think I know what it is...

You know how you get 'shepherd moons' that hold planetary rings in place? Well you have found A POLICE MOON and it's pulling the other body over for speeding - hence the flashing lights

either way it was a crackin good laugh. Would love to try a full instance with a 32 player long rotating tower, although not on anything like WP5, we were lucky last night that it was 0.07G

Sorry to hear that. You could be back in no time with a conda and 4x SRV.

That's my back up plan if anything goes wrong with the Cobra mk4. I just did a 20kly BRB and it was too much with 22.8 ly jump range.
