Great to know I'm not the only one who has had that idea, but until a lot more people decide to head for the California Nebula, theres probably a slim chance of actually finding anything, considering how long it took to find the barnacles in Merope.

If you are still out there and have not yet been consumed by the black. I humbly suggest that one of the first things we should check out when the new update goes live, in the War and Peace Nebula, is the Varetian Leap and if there is a UA shell around the Varetian Leap systems or the nebula in general.
Before the update (at least 2-3 weeks ago) I had a look around and could find no shell and the Varetian leap systems were still as mysterious as ever.
I think it would be quite interesting to see if any of this has been changed or modified in any way.

Anyone near Bleia?
Apparently Ed may be in danger coming home from Beagle Point.
Some pages back someone was matching the pattern of barnie spikes to the galaxy's spiral arms, and one way fit around very well except for one spike out of place right near the core roughly where Bleia is.... I'll go hunt the image, just getting my tinfoil waders on
