What? Are you referring to literally the irony behind it or the fact that multiple people called it a "pre-rendered trailer/cut-scene" to try and diminish Star Citizen presentation / work? The only truth in that ironic phrase is that it was indeed an awesome demo.
Never saw anyone calling it "pre-rendered" or "cut-scene". But it's funny how you people all use this tactic to diminish what was actually criticized or questioned, to try to dismiss that as wrong or conspiracy, usually twisting what was questioned, criticized, doubted.
Hey! Earlier 2013, people were saying that this game wouldn't come out by the end of 2014, and all fanboys screamed "Oh, look, the haters, conspiring against RSI. Nice tin-foil hat" right? Look where we are today. Imagine someone stating that by the end of 2016, nto even 5% of the game-as-described would be released without not even a single core mechanic ready. Just imagined someone saying that and how guys like you would answer... Oh! Conspiracy! Ban the hater!!!
Another example is when people refer Star Citizen to be a marketing scam and you guys quickly generalize to "Oh, you said that Star Citizen is a scam" which is very far to be the same thing, but well... it works for your purposes of try to dismiss every concern or doubt or even when facts are brought to the table and proven CR as a clown lying all the time.
As a last resource, of course, you start to attack the messenger and claim that "had many discussions with such person outside of the current one" and blablabla. The true is, every single tactic of CR, RSI and its cult is very well know by many people today. It's hard to you guys to convince anyone when you keep repeating the same old lame tries to defend what cannot be defended, in general.
The fact remains... All SC demos in the last 5 years were awesome... but meanwhile... in game and in their store... Well.. some people never learn the lesson, or pretend to have no memory.
