Given the Sidewinder's scoop rate I'd guess closer to 32-35.Nice, Jump range of about 25?

I can't rep you yet either! This infernal forum...So after tooling around in the bubble for a few weeks to upgrade the FSD of First Time's the Charm.

Almost got under 12 hours. If not for the Vultures waste disposal system backing up mid run it would have easily been under.
Of course in 2.2 you could just fly to Jaques in an Asp, then summon your Vulture INSTANTLY, and then fly to Sag A*.

Do you not like it in the context of people potentially using it to cheat or just in general?
Just in general. But let's not derail this thread too. There's already enough salt on this issue to preserve a dead whale for a year. And yes, I realise I was the one who mentioned it here. Sorry.
Fair enough.
Back on topic, I'm trying to decide if I fly back to the bubble and trade in all this exploration data, or if I go swan dive into Sag and use it as a wormhole back to Lomas to start prep on my Stock Vulture run.
Well, real life speed records on salt flats are calculated by timing the average of both runs (there and back).
Well my curiosity got the better of me.

It is about 10k from Jaques to Sag A*, so that would still be an impressive journey...albeit outside the spirit of the original challenge. I am getting the tingling of a long-distance race idea from this though
Very simple method would be to just have CMDRs show their Cr balance before takeoff and upon arrival at Sag A*??I just wanted to note that with verbose logging and EDSM, checking any run for Jaques ship change shenanigans should be trivial.
Declaring intent to haul a hollow T6 to the core.
