Already suspected at least. The M Class is likely to be HIP 22182, a permit-locked system nearby.

Although if the guy in Cail DID tell us something useful that suggests it's not a complete red herring.

The fact that for the last hour and half I have been searching for this Kohl in private and open just for the SDC to kill everyone on sight including the CMDR we are looking for means that Frontier have put me off playing once again. I don't mind others finding the clues and decoding it all but when I can actually join in forcing me to go into Open and have no way to put a CMDR on block so I never end up in there instance means I am putting my sticks back into storage.

OTOH I just spent the last hour and half in Cail in Open and wasn't interdicted once by a player. Didn't see the trader either unfortunately.
