Yes this is also somewhere I passed.
I think there will be a lot more to be found there.
I was talking about origins, abd how its tied in with the Rift mystery.
Its a lot more story and lore based though.
The feds and imps covered something up out there !
Indeed, we really do not know how long this crash site has been there, so this may be a ship that crashed 100, 500 or even thousands of years ago. Since I believe that we will find bio-mechanical or even fully sentient living alien ships, then this crash site confirms that this technology is far more advanced than any human tech we have. We need ''more input'' as Johnny 5 would say.
put it next to the crash, honk. see if the EMP reboots it or defibs it or something
Yeah - on second look: it's anything but small! And might well be two separate things too...
UA and UP are from different aliens.. These are Thargoids. And UA UP are not from them. Nothing will happen. You can be sure in that.
I landed there at ~12:42 in-game time, but I was lucky and not even 2k ls away from the planet when it got posted.But maybe another Xbox CMDR was there before me.
I don't think it matters all that much. I was on the planet at the time, just on the wrong side. It's safe to say we were definitely among the first arrivals and that's pretty cool

It doesn't mean nothing will happen due to relation. I doubt anything will happen until 2.2 simply because MB confirmed as much.
There is a piece missing
It looks like the pilot (if there is one) ejected - the central circle looks cut off - all other surfaces are curved, but this is level - looking side on to the circle
Doesnt that scribble around the outside look like something that could be "decoded" ?
(I use "" as it will probably just be a source of ridiculous theories rather than actually be decoded)
Just toook UP to the site.....I Honked it ! and nothing unusual other than me getting affected while not being locked on(I will check the spectogram soon)....>Except there is one very very weird thing....And i need someone else to confirm....Either the UP crys have a ton of reverb....Or the ships replying, It sounds like one cry and then more from the surrounding area

could be echo, you are surrounded by fairly high walls. Sensor honks sound really loud too. Someone else try it?

That's the problem i'm having I can't tell if its echo or anything else as it seems to sound local....I've got a couple recordings of it but i don't know where to upload if anyone wants then....to me It sounds like a a cry repeated instead of it usual cry
