Not sure about IB, but in ED, unfortunately, surface textures and variety doesn't look that good, IMHO.

So wait, they can show us this very specially crafted demo mission that is not representative of actual SC game play because this is clearly designed just to show off for CitCON - but they couldn't give us a glimpse of SQ42 because it is not final yet? That just don't make sense.

I also like how they ripped off the Tusken Raiders from Star Wars for the "enemy" in the demo. It's like there isn't a single original idea CR can come up with.

They saw Elite's SRV and took a year to copy the concept into a self-running animation.

Sorry this doesnt look like Star Citzien at all. It looks like Crisis using assets of Star Citizen...maybe i am just sceptical..

But geometry and texture albedo generation - that's entirely CIG-made

An actual game would require enemy AI. Didn't look like they had any.

No the difference is you wouldnt see that station anyway because its so far way... Most station in ED orbit several thousand kilometers a planet...
