Orlando, there is NO game to play. No gameplay loop. Nothing. Cubbed together buggy tech demos. Few concepts some of them work partially, some of them not at all. Just something to fool around in with friends.
Also no public release of 2.6 so far and it seems it won't make a cut this year.

Considering that having a 2nd monitor is a must, specially for explorers I don't think "actually playing" is that accurate.
Really is an impressive array of stats and details that some normal casual game fans have to hand isn't it. Need them all to cherry pick the highlights though.
Should be a fee for advertising. It's understandable though with there always being people coming past who have things they don't like about Elite - ideal targets for the game that promises everything.
It's like most of those streamers all with giveaways and freebies - wonder who supplied those? Are SC fans somewhere between the evangelists and the avon lady? Will there be SC parties modelled after tupperware ones where commandos all meet with a 'friend'/rep who lets them try on a new ship before offering them a special deal?

I'm following the Genuine Roberts ethos - I have three monitors so I can play a game and watch two movies at once and be immersed in fidelity, be told I'm getting something special only to be left with the feeling that I didn't really get to play much of the game, I didn't get to really watch much of either movie, and it was just a convoluted and pointless waste of time
But you actually receive Tupperware when you order it from those parties.
