I thought humidity was bad in KC.

Then I moved here and learned what people really meant by swimming through the air.

Doesn't matter. I love the summer. I'm fairly certain that I gain strength from the sun.

Once visited Atlanta during the middle of summer for a DragonCon. I swear, it was like walking around on Venus.

I don't think toys in software form have the same tolerance for mistakes as national defense...just saying.

Look, the quality of the product is a matter of organization and sense for responsibility. If I can do my job under the pressure of time, with shortage of resources and zero tolerance for mistakes, why someone else couldn’t? Am I something special? I doubt.

Seeing the same story after every major update leads me to conclusion, that there is something wrong in FD. Personally, I prefer to say * lack of organization and sense for responsibility* to not to say *inability, incompetence and disinterest*.

Yeah, your reply made it really clear that you didn't really care anyway, you have your patch.

Patches used to be very frequent. Issues were corrected very quickly, and then once the game was released on xbox, that stopped largely because of the Microsoft validation and certification process. The patching process, aside from poor decision making on known bugged releases, has slowed way down now to accommodate the xbox to the detriment of PC and Mac players. To put it bluntly, PC and Mac players should not be held responsible or hostage to players who choose to play on consoles.

it was a big flop of a release, basic qa seems still non-existant and this 'toy' is currently at a peak low in both quality and response time, after a long running and steady decline. so you guys keep laughing at the salty joke, and keep telling me you care about the game. who do you think you're doing a favor to?
My thoughts exactly. Although I found the salt joke funny, I couldn't understand the attitude behind it. Makes me wonder if FD is aware of their failures. I have seen some apparent resentment towards the community filtering from time to time, and is hard to tell if this recent bit is coming from the same place. Not like I am offended or anything, I think is the most natural thing to make fun of things, and I am sure they might have a lot of fun joking about us at the office, with the incorrectness of it making it even more enjoyable; but we are talking about a community manager publicly calling the community salty. For me this is hard to understand, and it keeps lowering my perception of FD as an incompetent company at nearly every possible aspect of a video game developer.

However! the majority around here seems to have taken it lightly and had no issue with it.

So no mention of a fix to the horrible Anaconda interior?........sigh with no response to the bug tickets as well, gotta say, gonna sell that ugly looking PoS now as I assume at this stage its a permanent change.

And whilst the community salt comments are amusing, you guys (as in FD) sowed the seeds for that with this release.

Thanks for the other fixes though.

I can imagine that this fix is not as simple as you seem to think. I'd rather have this fix now that resolves the real showstoppers, and let them fix the cockpit design for the Anaconda in a later patch. It might be hurting your eyes, but it isn't causing severe usability issues like some of the bugs now being fixed with this patch.

Funny, there was much complaining about Xbox missing the update earlier, but the launcher says this...
xbox.PNG
Wouldn't that mean they can still play this weekend and attend the event?.....

This is a lie crafted to justify your hate for another platform and your love for a developer who just got busted in another lie with it's community.

really??? I mean really!!!... you come across as one quite aggrieved individual based on your posts in this thread at least... We (PC and Mac) players did not get a choice as to who got patched first... your frustration is completely understandable however if you are locked out currently on XBOX, and I can say that without a doubt there will be a number of PC and MAC players who would feel empathy towards your plight...

To tell us we don't care because we have not rose up in protest against the patch being released and asking for it to be delayed etc is a fairly childish view I think...

Nope, I’m working as a naval officer and as such, I have no right for mistakes, because they can cost a human live or injuries at least. If quality of my work is the same as FDevs one, I would be fired long time ago.

Never mind, I’m pretty sure, that money given by me for this game was in perfect shape and best quality, which cannot be said for ED at all.

Actually your profession is responsible for some of the most critical mistakes made in history, and they did cost a lot of human lives.

"Farmed salt from the community for usage later."

This is frickin' hilarious. The one thing that would really put this over the top would be to add Salt as a market commodity in game.

And I say that you don't know what you are talking about. But who's to say if either of us are correct.

Fortunately, your opinion, like mine, is worth exactly nothing.

Have a good day CMDR.
