Try Ray Gateway in Diaguandri.
Just loaded up E : D for the first time since the beta and was looking forward to experimenting with the Dolphin. Went to Coriolis (as always, its an open saved tab) and found out about this.

i hide in bushes and on rooftops with a zoom lens and take candid snapshots of Kim Kardashian, i upload them to a facebook page for other perves to look at. but Kim Kardashian wont give me the support i need so im taking the site down until she does.

To everyone asking why the strike should be this weekend and asking the 3rd party developers to reinstate the tools since they made their case known to the public, you're missing the point. You're inconvenienced - that means the strike is working as intended. If you weren't inconvenienced, then the strike could be ignored, which defeats the whole purpose.

It saddens me to know that the 3rd party developers are getting the "cold shoulder" as I and countless others rely on their sites and services to enhance our game play experience. I'm not prepared to roam about the galaxy aimlessly just to find a module, commodity, ship. I understand the temporary shut down of these tools/sites now. I SUPPORT 3RD PARTY Developers & Tools!!! o7

Even with a very generous percentage in favour, it doesn't look good.
TBF. I love the 3rd party tools, I think they are great. But stomping your feet like petulant children is just going to burn bridges.

The removal of these tools at any time would be inconvenient enough. Doing it with no notice, no prior demands and over a weekend where Frontier have an event planned is cynical, and is not endearing. While a lot of the community *will* be on-side with this action, it could have been done with more tact if the OP had been exactly the same, but instead of an immediate take-down, giving Frontier a week or so to respond. There is bound to be negativity to this action simply because of the way it was done.
+1 here - why cant we change HUD colour in game? Why cant we have trade prices available to systems we've traded in? I need these 3rd party apps to help me in game - I use them all the time.

I really took offense to the threats of clamming up from FDev. I found it extremely small and childish. If they can't handle a gaming community, then please, by all means cut off all communication. Without their most active cheer section, I can't imagine sales would keep up the way they do.
And this isn't Frontier's event. And I don't see how the tools affect it.
As I said previously I'm sad it's come to this, these sites are useful, however the developers should really be focussing on developing their game that is what we're here for right? To play the game... This community is crazy [where is it]

You keep beating this drum and no one cares. The event is not gonna get delayed over a few people that can't make it.
People took time off and planned around this.

Far as the third party stuff. I hardly use it, I understand the effort and time but the method you're using is less than ideal.
Don't be surprised if FDEV just makes their own.
Other tham the fact nobody forced you to make the sites you decided to make them and they aren't really needed to play ED, you could even consider them to be the ultimate in exploits seeing the amount of people on here saying that they can't play the game without them. All this is doing is showing people that you are happy to throw your toys out of the pram like children at a time where FD has enough on their plate bug bashing.

Filter your map for high tech...adjust the population sliders so that high population system appear with a bigger dot. Keep jumping to those places and I guarntee you'll find one. The tools make the search easier though they are not necessary.
