hmm didn't think of that ...but the below video dosen't look like thruster jump to me ...in the video below the SRV slowly goes up & stays up there for awhile....
This CMDR gets his SRV pulled up into the underside of the Alien ship
in this video the view is awesome as you see the SRV helpless as it get pulled up & tossed around a bit

If you're close enough you can get pulled right up into the middle of the ship.

Stop them! They do not know what is going on. You are taking advantage of their scripted nature.
When the viewing ship's power comes back on look at the message screen top left.
CMDR Jimbot70 says "Holy sh*t, I'm going to ram it, ow"

In all honesty it does show that the Federation know more than they are letting on by blockading barnacles with battleships.
As for the rest of us I am wondering what the aliens will make of us looting them and nicking the probes for a quick buck or some information gathering. Maybe the Canonn ship is just a new nicely painted target after all they were the ones to go into it in a big way.
Hasn't anyone wondered what happened to the weird ships with unknown tags that kept buzzing stations last year? they obviously are not related to the Guardians of the barnacles
