- cAPI still broke
- first crash while trying to dock with station in the first 15 minutes, black screen, had to kill with taskmgr
- friendlist still broke, tells me 10 people are online, while they are in fact not. sending messages still gives the "transmission not sent, unable to connect to cmdr <insert name>", assuming friend location is also still broke, didn't test yet.
- number of missions okay, still getting 15-30, average about 20
- 80% of missions are mining missions, 5% are missions to collonia & co, 5% are the missions I actually want to do, as it was before the patch. rest is random stuff I don't care about, but might be feasible to do
- mission payouts for boom delivery, commodity and killing stuff, scanning stuff and suchlike seem to be about the same
small sample size, might be a fluke.
so basically they didn't fix what they said they'd fix - presumably without testing
they didn't fix what they should've fixed, nor do they seem to acknowledge it
they nerfed money payouts for stupidly high paying missions (which is fine by me)
they fixed some thargoid stuff and crashes, (which is also fine)
the cAPI stuff wouldn't be such a big deal if frontier had the apropiate tools in the game. having to use third party tools just demonstrates shortcomings. but try trading with the ingame 'tools', basically pretty colored lines that don't tell you anything. it's quite impossible to find good routes without doing what third party tools do, making big tables and comparing things.
