What else do you hope to see in E: D "Beyond".

Animated hired Crewmen/women in the cockpit and co-pilot-seats of both the mothership, and when assigned to it, the SLFs cockpit. And if all seats are occupied by Multi-Crewmembers an animation were the Multicrewmember is switching seats with the NPC crewmember and it leaving to a non flying station on the bridge or through the access door into the interior of the ship.

I'm happy that we're getting Squadrons (Guilds) with player owned capital ships (Fleet Carriers).

What I'd like during Beyond:

- Space legs (inside ships would be nice)
- Territory control for Squadrons
- Base building = Fleet Carriers could be customizable
- Alien wild-game to hunt on planets
- Atmospheric landings (first on planets without alien life)
- NPC multicrew to fill in the empty seats. Deeper interaction with NPC crew.
- HUD design customization options
- Player fly-able capital ships. I guess the Fleet Carrier will be the first one.

All engineers unlocked

NPC crew and NPC wings

An end to 300kLS supercrusie. You should be able to jump straight to a planet if it is part of a mission.

I could go on...but what's the point; it will never happen.

It would be nice if they fix all bugs, its kinda anoying when they get reported over and over again and get no fix.
So beta testing is becomming meaningless.

To be honest, the improved planets will probably be enough to keep me busy for the rest of the 2018, once they're here. I don't require content. Oh, Chieftain, I do require that one.

I'd like to see the ability to turn down cargo rewards for missions instead of being locked out of them for not having cargo racks (or enough space left). I'd also like to see the idea of being a Naval Auxiliary Officer revisited.

Thing is, I want the ability to *haggle* over rewards before you even accept a mission.....using a favour mechanic similar to what we can use to adjust weapon special effects. You click on the "haggle" button, & it will give you the ability to increase or decrease monetary rewards, add/remove/swap material rewards & add/remove/swap commodity rewards. As you adjust, you will be informed of how many favours you need to call in-if any-& if it will increase or decrease how much rep you get from completing the mission.

I really can't see alot of that coming in the beyond series of updates. Most of that will be paid for expansions.

Most of it will come over a number of years.

New ships are always nice, Chieftain looks really cool.

For me though, I'd like:

NPC wings. Even if it's at a cost per hour, local mercs for hire....

Ability to use bulletin board - post one or two bulletins with requests for help / offer services / interact with other Comdrs at a station.

Class 4 Missiles and Torpedoes like in the concept art.

Class 4 rails. Rail guns are amazing!

I want to land on the moon. This needs to be amazing, and I won't visit Sol until it's worth while.

I want agencies in stations from other station and systems asking me to deliver x, help with Pirate y, transport z.... etc to their system. Not quite like it is now, but they can give more info relating to a famine and need food from this system to theirs etc...

Traffic cones for people setting up their own races. Sequential beacons that activate the next beacon in the sequence when you fly close enough to activate them, and a final beacon which records the first person to get close to it.

I really like what frontier are planning to add.

But I’m hoping when they improve the npc police behaviour they also improve all npc behaviour, including pirates.

Also, I’d like to have situations where the police turn up and make it an even fight in some cases, rather than it being “once the police turn up its always over” for the npc bad guys. You know, perhaps the police are “stretched” and can only send in s few ships....

All I want is gradients on orbital lines to know which way they bend so I can guess which way is front and which way is back.

Trade that is more than just dock and undock (not even that with docking computer). Let's have snap bargains, bulk discounts (with penalty if you don't pick up remaining x tons within y time), forward contracts, predicting price hikes based on bgs states. Basically ELIMINATE EDDB/THRUDDS/INARA, make it all in game paying attention, skills, judgement, price knowledge, risk. Make it possible to earn huge millions if you gamble a bit, maybe add a haggle mechanic where you can win big time or bust. This would need a few days of coding. No voice acting, no cutscenes, no new art (well maybe a frame or two with stuff in game already)

Jessica Chastain.More redheads in general.

You have a character creator. Knock yourself out. :)

Dynamic large ships:
with the growing number of large vessels that can't be piloted by players - capital ships, megaships and now fleet carriers at the end of 2018 - I would love to see those impressive ships become more of reals ships that fly around the galaxy, can be tracked down, followed around etc. than the static navigation points they are right now. It would be great if those vessels would actually create themselves some kind of reputation, and people would recognize them whenever they show up on the battlefield or somewhere else.

New SRV variants / "buggies":
new SRV models had been announced at the beginning of the "Horizons" season, but since then, there has been total silence about this point from FD. Many players have envisioned new typed like slow, good armored tanks, hover bikes without weapons or even walkers are mechs. It doesn't have to get as crazy as that, but give us some new SRV variants to use for driving around those cool looking planets of yours, FD! It will become all the more important once the planetary graphics have been improved and people start exploring the surfaces again!

Planetside bookmarks:
This has been requested by many players already: give us an option to create bookmarks at specific coordinates on planet surfaces and also the option to share those bookmarks with our friends. It would be a great QoL for multiplayer - on which FD seems to shift it's focus lately - and would greatly benefit events like the Distant Worlds expedition to organize their waypoints.

So much yes.

Also: shuttles flying between stations and planets, like in ELITE. People walking around stations. SRVs roaming around planetary outposts and other signs of activity. Deployable floating holographic marker signs to indicate good mining spots (for mining with your squadron). Deployable automatic mining units like in ELITE II.

A nemesis system along the lines of Shadows of Morder would be amazing. So too would be a way for Pirates & Bounty Hunters to "tag" specific NPC ships in a way that makes them "persistent" for your commander-so you can reliably track them down across multiple systems-perhaps from asking friendly or allied factions for information.

I remember, in Elite II, that you could get people asking for scarce items for about double the normal asking price in tbat system. Maybe rhey could replicate that in the mission board......maybe in the same way as those charity missions, but obviously opposite.

I have also previously mentioned using Favours, whilst in the commodity market, to gain a +/-10% to +/-30% bonus on the buy and/or sell price of commodities.....for 24 hours in real time.
