I’m more hoping for another shortcut to an Elite rank. My trade rank jumped up to 65% Tycoon (yet for some reason my Inara signature still won’t update here, despite me updating it on their site days ago) doing Smeaton runs and will likely stay there for a year now because I find conventional trading to be dull AF.

This, it seems a done deal that the cargo wing missions will be horribly broken somehow.

Well as a Solo player in Open I am counting on these wing missions to finally be able to fill up my cargo Cutter easily. They will save a bunch of time.

Trying to wrap my head around this, mode switch for a bit, then fly in a straight line for an hour = Interesting, Haul cargo to various destinations without mode switching for up 50/60 mill an hour = Dull

Now haulage isn't for everyone, I'll give you that. But Smaeton runs must be the dullest way to play any game.

Smeaton runs are about making money while doing something else (as in : not playing the game).

Personnaly I did a good game of Civ6 while doing it.

I'm hoping none, that everything will finally be balanced appropriately. I've hoped for that in the past too, but something always does seem to pop up. It's been quite a game of whack a mole actually.

Mission stacking for Cut the Power/Generator at Roskam in Cubeo is super easy. The pirate faction offers 1.9m cr for destroying a generator and Metcalf has 5.

Stack 20 of them and attack Metcalf 4 times for easy money.

I haven't really been focusing on credit making and have really enjoyed the game a lot more. Hey where's my credit balance gone?

A mission, involving wings.. Piracy/combat etc, will roll out after the beta is complete.

Pretty sure you will still be able to accept them. No wing NPC's to help you though. It's more for Private group and Open.

I'm afraid that nothing will ever be balanced as long as mode switch is a thing, and that FD doesn't reset the galaxy, which obviously will never happen
