Question 1: Is Notoriety and its current workings aimed primarily at PvE gameplay, or PvP too?
As regards PvP - Surely there's the issue under the new mechanics a CMDR can still "murder" half a dozen other CMDRs a day, and then simply leave their ship docked in a station over night, and end up with zero Notoriety again. Ready for the next day's fun and games?
Shouldn't this Notoriety reflect the "bigger picture" (the trend)? eg: If a CMDR has killed 40-50 CMDRs over the last week, shouldn't the next half dozen result in a far bigger Notoriety value?
Question 2: Longer term, what mechanic will be employed to prevent mindless destruction in anarchy systems?
ie: The next alien discovery site (in an anarchy system) will no doubt become the next murder hobo site of choice, with explorer after explorer being destroyed for the giggles. As Notoriety is not being employed at such locations, what is FD's plan to address such locations and the toxic behaviour at them?
Question 3: Hatch Breaker
Any plans to make the cargo expelled easier to collect, rather than spread out over huge distances (eg: such as bundling cargo: "3T Gold")? Anyway to scale the amount of cargo so more cargo is expelled from a T9 with 400t, than a T6 with 40t?
