Fair comment. But I would like to hear that from FD themselves, though I do appreciate your point.

FDev seem to like to release major stuff on Tuesdays.

Personally as someone who is not a shareholder in Frontier Developments and not in any way entitled to know how they run their internal processes I try to control my normal human nosiness.

Will there be a "real" trailer on release day? Something we can keep watching in a loop while drooling, getting hyped and waiting for the release to finish?

We might not need that for too long, remember there will be several hours of patch notes and comments about them to read.

I am just worried that the release date was arranged after consultation with the Met Office and Department of Transport, after all it is till winter here, but I suppose it would help the road clearance budgets.

That's not worth the risk! Decapitation I'm told leads to less gameplay.

FDev seem to like to release major stuff on Tuesdays.

I’m not sure if it’s still the case but MS have a long history, both for Windows and Xbox, to release patches on Tuesdays.

It’s basically MS’ patch day. I think now they are way more lenient on that front but they still prefer for most patches to be released on Tuesdays.

And exploration is still tedious time sink and you should be able to travel between bubble and Colonia instantly.
