Is this a bug? I've never had a murder bounty magically show up in my transactions tab.
A second conversation that cropped up about getting the murder for tagging a ship, only to have it die later to npcs. I think the real issue is that he was credited for a murder when all he did was wing the poor sod, and he didn't even get the satisfaction of watching him pop. Would make me sad too. Probably kill a few dozen miners just to make myself feel better after that.

And to think, it all could have been avoided by not negligently shooting the clean ship.
That's a bit trollish of me though - I mean I negligently shot a clean ship last night. Followed a wanted NPC into his wake and, when I got there, engaged before the scan. Know how I handled it? I stowed weapons and went to the IF to get cleaned up.
