Figures that's why they gave Jurassic World Evolution a bad rating
According to Dan Stapleton he's being a gamer for 30 years, If that was the case wouldn't he know that this is a park management game and not a FPS? [haha]
BIS's review is kind of a bummer, but very reasonable. JWE needed a little bit more time in the oven. But that's okay. I'll treat it like an early access title still in development, lol
IGN just need to give this game more time to improve in the future. Frontier had limited amount of time to make this game the best and will likely improve everything later on. They did it to Planet Coaster, they can do it with JWE. Plus, I guess some people do not appreciate the beauty of a management/tycoon game.

Exactly. IGN and all the other big game review sites have been giving garbage games good reviews for over a decade now.
Frontier should file a complaint at IGN. They let Dan Stapleton review it who's into FPS and RPGs, not park management games. IGN should've picked someone who has expertise and interest in park management games. Demand that a second person reviews the game who's fair.
Stapleton gave it a lower score than Goat Simulator 8/10, and lower than the original Jurassic Park Operation Genesis 5.9/10.
That said, Frontier should've added more depth to the game before release.

BIS stands for Best In Slot. He's a content creator on youtube who's content revolves around dinosaur games, particularly JWE as of late.
I can only agree with this.
Of course it is better to play a game and experience it for yourself, but that will set you back 60€.
Surely, the whole point of reading reviews and watching gameplay footage is to be reasonably informed before spending money ?

Apart from the ever so common "lets attack the reviewer instead of the review" tactic in this thread (not just by you), other sources (PC Gamer, RockPaperShotgun) have stated similar opinions about JWE.
Now, you can just disagree with those opinions and enjoy the game just the same, can't you ?
Why shouldn't we attack the reviewer and the source? These people do nothing but give garbage games bad reviews for terrible reasons. They got paid enough, the developers gave them money to put ads for the game on their sites, they like the political agenda the game is trying to push.

IGN have been known for giving negative reviews if they didn't get payed enough. On metacritic this is the ONLY truly negative review (Granted there are only 12 at the time of this posting).

Maybe on Metacritic but Rock paper shotgun said the same and, more importantly, BestinSlots review doesn't sound good either. He was the only one to find out that the animals have a radius around them which determines their enclosure needs.
