Hello there,
The next beta update will also include various bug fixes and improvements. We've made some adjustments to mining itself and all of the details will be available in the patch notes published prior to the beta update.
Scratches head...but this hasn't proven to be something of great interest for Beyond.
Did no one in the offices think to themselves...perhaps we should do this on the live servers instead for the U.S. holiday weekend?

I know I was a big downer on mining; but it was really difficult to learn how to use it.
But everything else is amazing and overall I think this is a positive step towards

NB: can you ask the lab coat wearing people (DAV) to nudge the BGS stats so they aren't neutral in every system? we need to test the journal things

There are a bit .. though I believe in most cases, balance passes can be achieved server side anyway and don't need a client update. tldr; Just because it's not in the patch notes doesn't mean it's not being looked at.

To be clear, Maia will then be set to an incursion state? I was wondering how to test it since it takes a week to invoke incursion then a week to see what happens and we have 1 week left.
This is what I'm eager to test! Mining in the beta currently needs some hard number massaging to make it worth doing, particularly the new mechanics. Hopefully Frontier has listened and greatly upped all yields on the new mining stuff.
