The problem with a roadmap is that FDEV feels it ties them into things and on some occasions there has been a backlash when roadmap features weren't actually kept. I think though the community handled the dropped features from Chapter 4 very well (on the whole). I for one would prefer more information even if that plan is subject to change in the year ahead.

Unless those paint jobs can be applied to the ship of your choice, it's pretty useless. I only use two or three ships in the game, and I'm certainly not going to start using ships I don't like just to see a paint job. Stuff that is more broadly applicable to any ship (ie nameplates, lights) would have been a better way to go.
Unless, of course, these six paint jobs happen to apply for ALL ships like Midnight Black was back in the day... in which case I'd be a happy camper

Only the bobbleheads are festive I hope... don't like festive stuff at all, because it's quite useless for the most of the time. And the 6 paint jobs are not a typical package of one kind, are they?
It's nice to see this kind of gesture, but there is a huge possibility, that this package is not much of a value for some oder many of the LEP owners.
Would have liked to see a get some freebies of our own choice to make sure we get the most out of it.
But lets wait and see...
it's too early to judge.And "include" means there is more in this bundle, otherwise it should mean "contains", right?

Because it IS FREE. Non LEP players haven't payed anything for it. We paid 180€ for the PAYED content, not for "Beyond".
^^^ this ... I came to this thread wondering how long before the complaints started ... didn't have to scroll far.
The lifetime pass holders still have exactly what they paid for. The lifetime of the game is far from over and next year FD are working on a "whole new era for Elite" which the "lifetime" pass will, by definition, cover. So this thread is simply saying "sorry if you feel cheated because we gave Horizons away for free, in the meantime here's some bonus stuff for you guys to tide you over". If you genuinely believe that's DISGUSTING then you might want to re-think what an LEP is. It's an insurance policy for an uncertain future where you don't have to worry about paying for any chargeable content that may appear farther down the road. No ETAs no guarantees.
