You goon fudster! You should never time out due to inactivity in QT! There is more to do in an an Aurorua during QT than there is in an entire crater in Skyrim!

You could be plotting your route! Repairing your ship! Taking a leak! Umm.... cleaning the toilet or... or... loads of other stuff!

You just don't understand game development!

I know! Now they can make quantum travel even longer.

The whole game can just be QT! Hours and hours of QT!

Well, not just QT. There will be those exciting times when the ship overheats and QT stops. Just so you can start it again! I can barely contain my excitement for what the future holds.

Combine the two... All they need to do is fit an in-game, in-ship shop computer, so one could browse ships/jpgs while you're in QT, and then you could make use of all that QT time - buying an Idris

Perhaps this is the difference between me and a lot of the Space-sim community.

I am never AFK for long periods or alt-tabbed out watching Netflix.

Lost too many traders in Naval Action due to that.

And lets not go into those embarrasing DCS autopilot moments...

The concept is rather beautiful in it's simplicity. A game in which there is not much of a game, with a mini-game of doing nothing, with a lose condition of doing too much nothing with the only recovery available being to wait and do yet more nothing to get back to the mini-game, with a success condition of doing just enough nothing to be rewarded with yet more not much of a game.

It's almost as if Genuine Roberts played Advanced Do Nothing Simulator on the speccy.

People with thousands of hours on the game account usually never "played" the game for thousands of hour. They just had it running.

Just you wait, some time along the line in the upcoming years, CRoberts invents PNG, and all JPGs become worthless at that instant. But no worries, you can buy extrafidelitious PNGs for just double the original JPG sale price...

That's a marvelous idea! Warbond jpeg png upgrade programme for increased fidelity that really punches above it's weight! With clearer green pixels running at the full refresh rate of your monitor!

Anyway - what is the story again with their video production going offline for the next 3 weeks or so? Are they really crunching for an imminent 3.5.0BLTBBQ release with actual improvement, or as I suspect, they have so very little development to show that fills up 3 videos that everyone is back on the jpeg factory coming up with new concepts for sale?
