PvP More PvP Action!

Alright, I've been reading up on this Guardian stuff and it appears that the equipment is about the same as Engineered.
Are those guides old or is Guardian the preferred?

Also, Ram Tah is behind a couple of other engineers (locked), is this still the case?
Engineered, in the main, has benefits over Guardian, mainly heat related. The 'best' Guardian kit being FSD Booster, SLF's and weapons (things that go bang are always fun...)
The Ram Tah missions are picked up from a space station on entry (take a search as I've forgotten where...) and doesn't require the engineer unlocked.

Forgot: The benefit to Guardian modules are that, once unlocked, you just buy them in the corner shop, and when a G5 Armoured 8A Power Plant just ain't enough, the Guardian 8 just eats it alive (paired with a Guardian Power distributer is almost unholy... as hellish hot :) )

While the Blues Brothers are great I figured I should watch your videos too, OP! Had time for the Dropship/Chieftain fight. Had some questions.

Seems like the Chieftain was doing pretty well for itself until the amount of rams seemed to spook them. They backed off the aggressiveness and seemed to play right into the hands of your Railguns. Does that sound accurate?

How do you feel the fight would've gone had they continued to press the attack?
Well I think the chief felt confident enough to ram the FDS but then realized I had 5100 armor.

Had he continued to play aggressively IMO the fight would have been much closer hull wise, but the reason why he disengaged was the extensive external (Missiles) and internal (rail) module damage he had sustained.

It is generally accepted that seekers are just plain mean when fighting a hulltank, but I am at that stage in my PvP career that I just don't care anymore. You pull me and you get both barrels to the face. :)

5100 armor....

o_O

I think I just slobbered on my keyboard.
Oh and that is with nice balanced Kinetic, Thermal and Explosive resists of roughly 48% ON TOP of the 5100 armor.

And a Class 5 Module Reinforcement Package, and a Fast Regen Purple Bi weave Shield!

Grade 5 Armored Plant as well!

Warg it takes time and a bit of grinding, but one day you will get there. Just keep chillin and take it one day at a time and before you know it the grind will be over.

The grind never ends for me, I am always building new ships, trying new builds, and needing materials and money to do so.

If I had a ship like that I'd be like:
