Same with me. I think i had a chip on my shoulder from how freely i bought them... then they went and screwed exploration.

Definitely feel better now that time has passed and i haven't bought one since... well very few anyway.

Having said, i do understand how frontier can do no wrong if you've never spent any money on the game apart from the box price. Free is always nice.

If he was terrorising people he would be ganking everyone. he did not. he sat in the mailslot and did nothing. protests are designed to inconvenience people. what's the point of protesting if nobody is around to see the protest? JM is the single most visited station in the game. there is no better place to do this protest. this cheat has been reported, repeatedly, for months and nothing is being done about it. so he invonenienced some people by blocking the mail slot. who cares? he was quite open about what he was doing, telling you to log to solo or PG if you really needed to dock. all you lot complaining...man this community is so self-centred. look at how abusive you lot get when he is highlighting something that you should care about. idiots

I'd figured that out some time early in the release of Diablo - the first one. Other people... mostly suck. Those who don't I don't mind sharing a private session with, but in the general public playground... it's kind of like swimming in the black water pond of a water reclamation plant.

There is a rule against promotion of exploits on the forum, and for posting instructions (including off-site links) to hacks. There is no rule against posting a video of someone using hacks in a protest. There's no naming and shaming and no promotion here.

This is an issue for Frontier customer support, not the mods.

Everyone taking issue with cheats is looking out for number one. However, it just so happens that a large number of people realize that games need rules and multiplayer games need a single set of rules, so their mutual self-interests converge.

Cheaters harm the whole game for anyone invested in the game beyond the most superfical of levels. Ultimately, Frontier are the only ones who can do anything about them, which is why people are trying to get Frontier's attention.
