Is this the right place to start with complaints?

Decide to use second Cmdr account as a restart.

1. What has happened to the traditional starting bases. I wanted LHS 3447 start position.

2. Training mode can't be switched off. I think I can fly enough to not need something taking over and launching me.

3. Shut the blooming robot voice off its really grating.

4. I found a skip training option on some random menu, but couldn't work out how to get back to it.

So I need a skip training option that is easy to get at.

I'd like to start at the original starting locations as an option.

And I haven't even got off the launch pad yet!

Personally I am looking for the most unique bug for this release. So far, more bugs introduced than supposed features. Not bad.

PS we'll take what we get and like it.

But what you did get was a very nice new shiny blue STORE button in the station menu.

Now it works. No error message.

But my missions have expired during the update. And now I will have to pay a lot of punishment.
I don't understand why they didn't extend the mission time.

Just a quick update for you: we have now brought the store and livery back online. Some Game Extras (on all platforms) and ARX (on PC) may not yet be available for purchase in the Store, affected items will be rolling out in the coming days.

The Store itself seems to be having a few problems :
1. When I try to click on some of my old orders (103757352) I get a Magento crash report : 200812434776 (Check your logs guys)
2. Sometimes when I add a product to the cart and then got to checkout I get an empty cart message
3. When I get to payment I can advance without ticking new_card (in itself weird)
4. When I try to place order I get Browser Alert : Error from provider: Not valid JSON<br/>There was an error processing your order. Please contact us or try again later.

Time to ditch Magento 1 guys and get onto Magento 2.....

Will, Please get rid of that blue button on the station services screen, just so immersion breaking, and the button prompts can we have a toggle in the options for these.

Probably you don't have to do anything. Mine was working and now swaps between telling me I don't own the game and telling me it can't find the server. I suspect it is something on their end.

I agree, this seems to be working just fine. Better than the buggy bug reports. I can have a nice adult beverage and watch it unroll in real time. Nothing like hanging out the laundry for all to see.

5 reboots later and a clean out with Glary utilities and the launch screen finally reappeared. Game took a while to load, key bindings still there all seams to be working again.
