Today's ED episodes have all been about the sinuous tubers. Made the crossing to the twinned moon, which had much rougher terrain than the first so the first bio site was unlandable. Hopped over to the next one and found a landing spot... and a new kind of sinuous tuber! After admiring my codex entry for a moment, I set about cleaning up the mats - got my first polonium, and maxed out another couple of types. Thought about trying another site, but instead decided to continue along my planned route.
Next system, found another tiny moon with a third kind of tuber for another codex entry. After failing to find any for months, I find three types in a couple of hours
. They do seem to have a taste for awkward habitats though; the site I chose had them scattered over the sides of a deep crater.
Having accomplished the primary goal of this trip, the question is what next? Find another goal, I guess.
