Great experience! It's too bad you're forced to constantly restart from the original spawn point though. That sort of deja vu for realism sake is too punitive and impractical when punishing the player for a failure state IMO. You should've been allowed to respawn at your destination point. Perhaps making some sort of cloud save checkpoint the moment you're successfully granted docking privileges at a station. Which would let you respawn in a bed at the station's medical facility. That would be a far more practical (and realistic) feature because it would save your game progression. That whole draconian/Dark Souls approach to restart from your original point is going to get old fast. Regardless how much immersion and emergent game play like you experienced during the journey.
