Yep. I may not be a beta/backer. But I've been playing this game since pretty much launch, and with enough hours under my belt to safely say this:
This game is literally nothing for $30(or $60 if you get Horizons as well). And even then, I know this game isn't even worth $30 for both base game and Horizons as it is now. Especially the severe lack of those ice planets, atmospheric landings, even fleet carriers that are many years overdue by now
And is also what makes the beluga the best shipYou forgot to mention, two years ago you probably wouldn't be exploring in your Dolphin (I am pretty sure you mentioned that in another thread). Well two years ago, all the SK ships still had restricted slots which made them kind of useless for nearly anything else. Best think that happened to them was the removal of said restricted slots

Just to resume:
There's a "bunch" of people that would actually buy some meaningful content (not have it for free) but for someone the road the game took "recently" is disappointing and it's not really inspiring confidence in the dev team anymore.

Its human nature it seems to constantly do things down. The forum seems to be inundated with people who got their monies worth from their Elite purchase but then got bored, and seem to delight in spreading negativity.
There are plenty of delights left in Elite. Just don't grind for them. Remember it's a journey without an end and there is no timescale.

Hmmm, I've been playing the game for a year now. There must be some content to keep bringing me back to play it every day. So, are you okay mate? You seem to be looking at things in a very negative light. Maybe some professional help would be a good idea. And no, I'm not being horrible, it's just that you are so intensely negative, and that can't be good for you or those around you. Please get some help.
