3,000 LY, circa, below Sagittarius A*, a black hole gives the illusion that it is the center of the galaxy. Utterly tiny compared to its big brother at the actual center, but still, gives off bright effects.

that's just me on the left and an npc viper on the right. the significance of this is that it's a couple hundred ly's away from the bubble at one of the guardian ruin planets. first i just saw a blinking dot on my radar which can actually be quite horrifying if you're that far away from civilization. damn, now that i think about it, i think i forgot to scan him. tiny events like this could give some special high grade data materials.
