I stopped posting about the FSS ages ago, oddly enough right around the time FDev said 'yeah we thought about then impact on your gameplay experience and decided hey, screw you we just don't care'. And I'm only lightly paraphrasing there. Not because my opinion had changed but because I'd made them fully aware of it and at that point, what purpose does it serve?
I only posted about it here because this is a thread specifically asking what one thing rustles your jimmies in the game. I only posted after that because someone misrepresented what the old system was like to a player who had no experience of it, because I had about three months of reading that crap back when they changed it and I tend to think that if the best defence someone can muster of something is to tell half-truths about it, it deserves highlighting.
Still it makes a nice change from being called a shill I suppose.
It's a shame this thread couldn't stay in the spirit I think OP intended it, which was post your own, don't attack other people for theirs and move on. Not that I ever really expected it to be like that, I've been here far too long, but it would have been nice.
Games change as they expand, the alternative tends to be stagnation so I'm OK with it. With MMO's you have to accept they are not tailored specifically to individuals, single player games I expect to be able to tweak and mod heavily that doesn't apply to ED.
I would say that though since I'm also a shill, and whiteknight, troll, Derek Smart, sockpuppet, Russian bot, secret dev, deliberate saboteur plus anti-American disharmony spreader. The labels are like steam achievements, you need to collect them all

What's your least enjoyable Elite Activity? Mine's (probably) chaff, which plenty of other people aren't concerned about. Lots of people have expressed different views, which is interesting. What you think about those people is not.
