Any zoo tycoon animals in particular

I was wondering what other animals from zoo tycoon have not been added to PZ and would y’all like any of those animals added.
Animals I can think of like Moose, wild horse, California sea lion (id rather have steller sea lions) and emperor penguin
Please do not include animals that were from the dinosaur, marine mania or any cryptozoology creatures. Only animals from zoo tycoon games where the focus is only zoo animals. Suggestions comments go for it.

Here are a combination of animals from both ZT and ZT2 I would like to see (Leaving out marine animals and semi-aquatic animals because, well, you know.)

  • Olive baboon (ZT)
  • Black Rhinoceros (ZT and ZT2)
  • Przewalski's wild horse (ZT and ZT2)
  • American black bear (ZT)
  • Moose (ZT and ZT2)
  • Japanese serow (ZT)
  • Clouded leopard (ZT) (Also side note, I have a false memory of this being in ZT2 but it never was!)
  • Markhor (ZT and ZT2)
  • Mountain lion (ZT and as Florida panther subspecies in ZT2)
  • Alpine ibex (ZT and ZT2)
  • American bighorn sheep (ZT)
  • Fennec fox (ZT2)
  • Crested gibbon (ZT2) (I only want this in the case that Frontier bothers to add brachiation behaviors. I have never used the Orangutans because they're so unimmersive)
  • Spanish Lynx (ZT2)
  • Wolverine (ZT2)
  • Meerkat (ZT2)

All zt2 animals btw. I’m sure I forgot some but oh well I’m sure somebody will list them.

I forgot about the meerkat - I was thinking in terms of the original Zoo Tycoon.

In that case, I guess my top five would be;

- Meerkat.
- Clouded leopard.
- Southern white rhinoceros.
- Alpine ibex.
- Iberian lynx.

@paul78 the lar gibbon wasn't in Zoo Tycoon. As Bearcat says it was the crested gibbon.

Otters, Walrusses and californian sea lions. Can't think of any main game ZT animal I am missing and I didn't play ZT2. So it's almost only marine animals I desperatly miss. And yes, I would like to have dolphins and whales in game, but I can understand that it's not going well with the conservation message Frontier wants to deliver and that it might come across as if they are supporting marine parks. I settled with the fact, that we will never get these and it's okay.

Truth be told, while I'm strictly against marine parks in RL, I don't want to always be the best human I can be when I play a video game ;)

I'll take all of these for sure. I would think that most of these are somewhere on their radar, most likely Meerkat, Black Rhino, Moose, and Mountain Lion.

I have a spreadsheet of animal in the various zoo games but I don't have ZT 1 installed on my computer, so I don't have a listing of that, but it looks like ZT 2 also had the below. I know you were including animals in ZT or both ZT and ZT2 but I decided to just run through the additional missing ZT2 ones.

American Beaver (though this could have been left out due to not including aquatic animals)
