The iconic European DLC

I haven't even thought about building items - bavarian gets my vote for sure.
Personally I think European building items could be one of the more interesting ones. There's a lot to pick from..
The Australian building pieces didn't do much for me. I do like the Aboriginal scenery items (they are lovely)

Maybe Europe doesn't have the most exotic species compared to other continents, the architecture styles from some parts of Europe could qualify as exotic for a lot of people.
(To clarify: I think Europe has some really good species for PZ :D :D )

It's interesting you say that last part, I agree. While I definitely would be happy with European centric animals, it's the architecture that would really get me interested. Which is opposite of the last three packs. Not to say I haven't enjoyed the new building materials, but I'm more animal-focused.

I’m really looking forward for a European DLC and this is what I’d like to see:

Iberian lynx: a must have! One of the few endemic animals found exclusively in Europe and one of the most endangered species. The breeding program in Spain is doing good and more zoos are starting to keep them. Also, we already have in the game cats from cold areas (snow leopard, Siberian tiger), tropical (jaguar, Bengal tiger) and savannah (lion, cheetah), so it would be nice to have a cat from a Mediterranean biome.

Red deer: a classic animal found almost all over the continent. Very iconic, with the sound they make and their adorable babies.

Alpine ibex: another iconic animal which would let us build some cool rocky habitats. Europe has more than classic forest animals. And we need some goats in the game!

European badger: a new kind of animal for the game. They are easy to recognise because of their face and they would complement nicely the other three animals.

Bonus: European brown bear. I know it would be a clone of an animal already available in the game, so I would like to get it as an extra animal as long as it doesn’t take the place of any of the 4 new species. For the exhibit, the fire salamander or the Mediterranean chameleon would fit well in the pack. Europe has no exhibit animals at all in the game, so maybe we could get 2 this time.

Of course, the pack is not only about animals and I think the European pack can become more appealing for some players if they add interesting things such as new food stalls. They can reuse the ones from Planet Coaster: French bakery, German wurst, Spanish churros and British candies.

As for the building themes, DLC normally have two themes (ice/artic wood, temple/bamboo, corrugated iron/Australian wood). I would like to have now Bavaria and Mediterranean themes. The Bavarian theme could reuse the theme from Planet Coaster too:

The Mediterranean theme would be based on the white villages from Greece and Spain, with the traditional blue wooden doors and windows, ceramic tiles walls, blue cupolas, iron fences and balconies, gazebos, fishing nets and boats, mosaic decorations… It could also have some basic ancient Roman/Greek architecture items such as columns and statues… You can also see a new stone path and tables/benches for the game on the bottom of the picture.

Finally, regarding trees, they could add: holm oak, Mediterranean pine tree, olive tree, chestnut tree, European white birch, Norway maple, linden, almond tree, populous…

Sorry for the long post!
Define “new kind of animal”. If it means “subterranean hole-digger”, we’ve the aardvark for that.

Please work for Frontier, because now I want a dlc like that. I'd also love more food stalls.
The English Word for Wurst is Sausage😉
No, not always. Wurst is a borrowed word in english, meaning exactly the german wurst, Bratwurst mostly. Saussages can be any reciep, including those british thingies you get there for breakfast. Wurst instead is a snack mostly sold in a stall. Glühwein, by the way, is also common when talking about Glühwein. It's because german Christmas market are kind of a legend in england and US.

Ok, didn't knew that. I've heard about Bratwurst being for some Reason used in the English Language but didn't thought it would also be used for some other kinds of Sausage

Believe me, the Wurst deserves its own name. Germany defines what can be put into the recipes. At least last time I was in the UK there were no rules for saussages and it sometimes resulted in culinary nightmares.

It was quite hard but I think my picks would be:

Ibex - one of the most unique horns

Beaver - history of european beavers survival is amazing

Otter - everybody loves them and they are bit bigger than asian cusins

Lynx - bigger than iberian and more colorful than candian

All those 4 animals beautifully represent this amazing continent.

Personally prefer this to be part of a NA DLC.

And having the beaver and otter in 1 pack wouldn't work for a lot of people. I think a certain degree variation should be part of a themed pack.

Unfortunately, they are a threat for many of my amphibian friends.
Ok, didn't knew that. I'm pretty sure I've read once somewhere that they aren't a very big Problem for the Ecosystem. I really hope the Population doesn't get too big😟
As far as I know all or at least almost all Frogs that live in the Area where Raccoons are living in Europe, are already at least slightly endangered, which is the Reason why it isn't allowed to get Tadpoles from the Nature here

This pack would work for if we're guaranteed packs like Mountain and Endangered DLC which would contain Ibex,Marmot,Lynx...Then the Boar,Badger,Fox and Deer would be fine

I am only owning the basegame, at this time, and can only agree with that. The game is full of american and african animals, with some asians snowflakes. Even with DLC the game is lagging of any other animal biom.
red Foxes, wild boars, pheasants, red squirrels, deer, thrushes, finches, magpies, badgers, hedgehogs, owls (Great Grey Owl, Barn Owl, Snowy Owl, Hawk Owl, Little Owl, Eagle owl, Tawny Owl) and many more.

Full of american animals? Ehhhh... I can not really agree with that. I wish we had more American animals, in addition to more european animals. As far as I remember we actually have more asian animals in the base game than american.

For me the notable thing about North America is that some of the key, iconic species are in the game already. Just looking at habitat animals (and ignoring tropical Central America which is part of the continent of North America) we have:

Grizzly bear
Bison
Pronghorn
Wolf

Plus

Wolf (again...)
Polar bear
Dall sheep
Jaguar

So there aren't that many but some of the big names are represented. That's why for me it would make sense to get a Europe DLC before a North America pack.
