RTY O (oh) then 0 (zero) 6. The letter is a wide circle, the number a thinner oval.

I think it's safe to assume that any clear text in this is purely coincidental. So I'd recommend ignoring any references to West or The.

If clear text is there, the couple of things I've noticed are :

Afaik the social media binary code was only an additional hint to find the Base in the Coalsack nebula.

Nice. Im firing my game up now (PC) hoping that i can get the LP scanned myself. Anyway.. whatever our next move is... sits in this code that the LP has given us. I will also have a good look to see what i can come up with

Nice thought but the first 8 would be H 2 6 7 20 25 D 16. (and yes, I created a doc in Excel to help me with that )
