I don't think everyone should get it.

I was out in the black when this CG went down. Why not take a page from WOW and let us do our quests when we want to do them? And not in the 5-7 days you allow us to?

+1, PC was sent back to cyberpower for an MB, PSU and GPU replacement,
As the system was faulty from day 1 with an Unstable RTX3080.

So I missed the CG 😖

I didn't get the CG FSD because I was out in the black, my choice, I could have suicidewindered back but couldn't be bothered, that's not FDEV's doing, that's my decision!

And is the reason why many didn't partake in that CG.

Recently, we've been given the ability to 'buy' the fancy high cap lighweight seeker missiles, which is in the right direction and seems to be a popular option. Do have this the same with the other specially engineered modules Like'y wouldn't go amiss, but there'd need to be something special to do with the Surface Scanner.

It's a shame the OP used the word "give" in the thread title. Most of the respondents who desire the FSD module don't want it gifted. They want the opportunity to unlock the module through some other means, however difficult that may be.

That's good news. Does this apply to recent CG rewards like this FSD or only future CGs? Do you have a link to the CM's comments?

Because ED isn't WoW, in WoW for specific quest areas time is static and that quest will be available forever, just like in most traditional MMO's, however in ED time passes in real time, that CG that started and finished a week ago, well that's when it happened, you can't recycle time, it's gone forever, just like the rescuing Jaque's the mad cyborg CG, he fueled up, as part of a CG, got stranded and rescued as part of a CG years ago, you can't redo those because everyone knows where Colonia is now, that time has passed and these aren't quests in any traditional MMO meaning of the word.
