Where is your guardian FSD? Did you get one yet? I do not see itin your load out and the extra jump ranges can be a blessing in disguise(not necessary but highly reccommended) Is that cargo rack empty? ED won't let you sell if there is any cargo on board. ninjaed again!

Pay heed to the bottom of the ship build page, size 2 PP needs some power management.

My loadout is exactly the same as this but my total power is -1.13MWAssuming exploration (you can fit it for fighting in Colonia if you want to do some pewpew there, for example), here's a base build without engineering you can expand with optionals (like docking computer / supercruise assist / cargo space, limpet controller etc.), if you like:
