Maybe because most systems wouldn't have the technical resources or inclination to track their population down to a single person?Odyssey System map doesn't show the full population number. It's merely showing the same number as GalMap, which is going to be something like "4.1 million" instead of the full "4.123.456", for example.
Sure. I was definitely in the passenger lounge. I'd tried this several times over at two different stations, thinking that maybe one of them was just bugged out. If memory serves me right this was after the first hotfix patch, but before the second. Haven't tried again since as I've been doing planetary missions instead and trying to dial in my settings.Just checking the obvious, did you actually click into the passenger lounge? or was that greyed out/not accessible?
It was inacessible to me on thursday morning at Donar's Oak, but that was also just before the weekly PP/BGS tick, so for me that might have played into it.
I have added this to info that was already missing. I don't think this was anywhere in Horizons, no?Surface settlements are missing the landing pad size in the sysmap settlement info. This is important for traders to know if they can dock in the settlement to trade.
Some comparison screenshots would help to show how bad it is. That might enable me to formulate an entry.About modules: just do yourself the exercise and try to change a module.
Before we could easily compare changes (powerplant power, jump range, etc).
We had all ship info immediately available in one glimpse. Now, we need to browse 4 small pages on the lower part of the screen.
Let's get a bit more concrete here...As well as functionality issues, look into the bugs and glitches on the UI where it isn't displaying the information it should be correctly. not game breaking, but certainly doesn't help.
Added lack of inventory to the list. When buys onfoot gear I can't see any way to know what onfoot gear I've already bought ? Maybe I'm missing something but didn't want to spend the price of a small ship on a weapon that I already own! ( does it tell you if you try and do that ? )
The whole lack of access to inventory when on foot as annoying ( unless I'm just missing some bind somewhere or maybe one of the myriad of new and ambiguous icons scarred all over the new UI's has something on ).
On the maps, the Click and hold takes just as long or longer then the click to trigger popup menu and the click to plot. Now there is no popup menu then the other task that were just there on the popup menu are now scattered over various new icons to the right, so you have to move the mouse to the side of the screen to get to them - which again takes a second or two longer than it used to
I'll test this myself and add it.When you're in normal space and you target a station, outpost, or base you can see what faction owns that asset. This is not true of settlements. No matter who owns a settlement in my home system I see the system controller as the owner of the settlement. This is leading to unexpected wars.
The only workaround seems to be to visit each settlement and take notes on their controlling factions, which is not what I'd call optimal.
Included.System states all the same when viewed in gal map, reported here and 1 confirmation
I'll investigate this. Do you have more information?Odyssey System map doesn't show the full population number. It's merely showing the same number as GalMap, which is going to be something like "4.1 million" instead of the full "4.123.456", for example.
Will investigate and add once I have a bit more information.Progress bars toward unlocking suit/equipment engineers are missing. Petra Olmanova for example shows a progress bar if you're not an Expert combat pilot showing how close to the rank you are. The suit engineers (at least the first three) do not have these.

Added. Thanks for creating the ticket. The 'Pledge Star' is missing from the Station Services menu meaning a Power cannot verify if a Commander is pledged to a Power or not.
The Pledge Star appears before the Power's name in the Horizons' station services UI…
But is not present in Odyssey…
Sure, here's a comparison of Odyssey versus Horizons client, look at the "Population" information:I'll investigate this. Do you have more information?
Does the Galaxy Map still show the old values?Sure, here's a comparison of Odyssey versus Horizons client, look at the "Population" information:

Let's get a bit more concrete here...
Port UI
- Incorrect port allegiance depicted
- Incorrect Economy symbol or background depicted (this was in Alpha, require a confirmation that this is still in the current built)
- Incorrect mission giver names depicted (different in mission boards and port main menu)
- Faction state names displayed without spacing
Suit Customization
- Attachments and Decal groups inconveniently (hard to navigate)
- Misleading or wrong preview pictures on attachment categories
More than that - I can't remember if a ship has an SRV bay (for example), and there is no way of finding out without switching to it, as the ships loadout is not displayed anywhere.Shipyard / InterAstra
- Detailed information on stored ships (can’t tell ships of the same class apart easily)
Text overflows the space given "...which means there"
Suit customisation preview pictures reset after making selections - This was after making all the changes and returning to the loadout page
Again, text overflows - "[AVG. Value:" & "[RARITY"

I'll test this myself and add it.
Both galaxy maps (Odyssey and Horizons) show the truncated values - in this case it would be the rounded "10.0 billion", no change here. The information that has been reduced is specifically on the Odyssey system maps.Does the Galaxy Map still show the old values?
Thought i was the only one noticing that. Really does point towards their new lighting system being broken. When exiting stations in Odyssey, you no longer know which side is the correct side to exit the mail slot - as the green (right side) and red (left side) lights have been removed.
EDIT - Correction. The lights are present in Odyssey. However, they are very dim and you can barely see them.
