Project Status:

The Dark Wheel is at 78.5% influence in 9 PUPPIS!!! AWESOME WORK CMDRs!

With that, we trigger the expansion and will show as pending tomorrow!

THIS STARTS THE NEXT PHASE OF LFT 509 TESTING!!! VERY EXCITING TIMES!!!

The Black Sky Legion will work the BGS black ops to manage this jump to do exactly what we want/need it to do. If you want join in this effort, please come to the Elite Week discord server and give a shout in the #dark-wheel-text channel.

  • All TDW Controlled Systems: Until a planned expansion is announced, TDW should have no greater than 65% INF to avoid any unintended expansions.
  • LAVE - TDW is to be #2, ~20% below Lave Radio Network
  • WOLF 433 - TDW is to be #2, well below LHS 2541 Alliance Combine, ~20% is ideal
  • ARQUE - TDW is a guest of Alliance Rapid-reaction Corps, no work required here
  • As a general rule, when factions in a TDW system are in conflict, we want the native faction (Blue N by their name in Inara when looking at the system) to LOSE. Where two non-native factions conflict, neither winner is “desired”, depending on INF level after the conflict, we would likely boost the LOSER to avoid retreat (happens at 2.5% or lower). Two native factions in conflict can be ignored and their INF in the system can be addressed after the conflict ends.

Please continue to use EDMC or similar tools to keep local data up to date.

Project Status:

The Dark Wheel’s expansion from 9 PUPPIS is well on its way and is going well!

The Black Sky Legion is handling the daily BGS black ops behind the scenes. If you would like to join in those operations, please let me know in the #dark-wheel-text channel of the Elite Week Discord server, I will set you up with the appropriate discord role.

The timing of the expected ending of the expansion will align with the next update to the standing orders, more details to follow at that time.

Strange goings on in Shinrarta Dezhra - Future of Arronaga and LTT 4487 Industry INF skyrocketting while The Dark Wheel tanks. Is it just down to random fluctuations in the space-time continuum?

In the "grand scheme of things" I personally am not concerned with the goings on in Shindez
1. We know from earlier statements that Shindez and a few others are "above the petty squabbles of BGS" (Frontier quote), meaning that it will self stabilize
2. TDW is native to Shindez, so they can't retreat (permit system and/or special BGS aside)
3. The BGS is an absolute mess right now, Odyssey really threw everything for a loop, conflicts weren't incrementing/concluding (seems fixed) and the BGS tick time is all over the map with many systems not getting the "tick" beyond 4 hours after other systems have...

Crazy times for sure, but this will pass and the BGS will get fixed and all will be good.

NOTE: #3 will make the orders update tomorrow be significantly later than usual, need systems to update before I can generate the "to-do" list for them

Project Status:

The Dark Wheel’s expansion from 9 PUPPIS is in its final days and is expected to end during the period these orders are active. When that happens, I will update these orders.

The expansion is well in hand, the BGS takes forever for many systems to actually get the ticks, but the recon crews are getting the data as it is available to be gotten. All is proceeding as well as absolutely possible.

Checking in after a few months, and I see you've gotten The Dark Wheel pretty close to Sol now. That's impressive.

Of course, so far my bets are correct: FDev has no official acknowledgement of this, any more than they refuse to acknowledge my service on GalNet. How many more goals will it take before you actually change the face of the lore beyond getting this one minor BGS faction into a slew of star systems?
